Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY


We allow returns for a full refund within 7 days of placing your order. If after 7 days you are unsatisfied with the items you purchased, we’re happy to accommodate an exchange or store credit request within 14 days of placing your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process your refund, exchange order or you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits do not expire. We do not refund shipping or Route insurance costs.


Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 


To return an item, please email info@sellav.com and include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request.

Domestic and International Returns


Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our studio for all returns. Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and only proceed with your return once you have received a prepaid return shipping label. The postage cost will be deducted from your refund.


International Returns


All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
